Azz I AmAzz I Am2017-10-16This - When it’s all said and done ... light the candles, take a good soak, say your prayers and have a good night 😴
VictoriaVictoria2017-10-16Bedtime routine in our home now includes a drop of OnGuard and Serenity blend essential oils on this little girl's feet 👣 She calls them mommy's magic potions, and the box they are in, she says it's my treasure chest 😂
True story- she had an unforgiving cough that I tried everything I knew to get rid of. She never hit a fever, had no other symptoms, and seemed her normal peppy self with a normal appetite so a doctor visit was not warranted. But the cough was so persistent and did not go away for a solid 3 weeks no matter how many vitamins, greens and immune boosters I gave her. The only thing that has made a difference is OnGuard! Rubbing a drop on her feet every night and diffusing it in her room 👌🏽 Serenity has saved my sanity by relaxing this busy little munchkin down much faster and easier, and helping her sleep more soundly. I'd say the wind-down time has been cut down by a good 20 mins every night which means she's asleep sooner and resting peacefully 😴 And that means mommy gets to bed sooner too. 💆🏻 winwin

I Was ThereI Was There2017-10-16Tehri Garhwal.... I was lucky to be here with a few pahadis who knew exactly what I wanted. We trekked from a small village called Bhatoli which has a population of little over 200 people and went through the rich apricot forests. We met yamuna under a bridge and we could spot this little house on the other side. I was curious and the pahadis were exited. We crossed Yamuna too see this structure probably 60-70 years old and almost all Himalayan villages have these. These are the Atta Chakkis.
The water to be seen here is Yamuna itself which passes though a conveyor, into the hut, thereby rotating two huge stones and producing flour in the process. No electricity needed nor any security. It takes around 7 to 8 hours to produce close to 50 kilos of flour.
City dwellers have come a long way since then and now we have electric grinders and ready made flour available in the market. Only to find an alternative way of producing flour by making use of renewable source of evergy. This system doesn't need electricity and its fully mechanical.
