I myself do my best at drinking a gallon of water a day. This right here in general has helped tons.
2 ➡️ Eat leafy greens, protein, complex carbs. I stay away from white foods i.e. (White rice (i could eat rice errrday) , white breads, whole milks) Im not saying all white foods are bad for you, but they have not helped me in getting a more lean figure and a flat tummy.
3 ➡️ Working your abs in majority of your workouts. Keep in contact with them during squats, dead lifts, hip thrust, lunges, etc.. 4 ➡️ POSE GIRL 🤓🔥 POSE. POSE.

I honestly get a little anxious about the first hour coming home after work. This guy gets really clingy, usually screams and cries at me, and sometimes I just feel like a bad mom for not wanting to deal with it.
But, I KNOW that the time I take daily to read something positive and fill my own cup, plus work up some good endorphins in my 30 minute sweat helps me be a better mom to my demanding and loving baby. I also know that the work I have done in myself let's me know it's ok to ignore that guilt and move on on the rough days. Hating yourself never makes you a good mom 😘
