I tend to walk around the gym like I own the place and work between 2-3 exercises at once, not stopping to chat to those I don’t know. I often wonder if I look cranky because I’m in my own little world when I workout 😅💪🏼 I’m not (most of the time 😛), simply focused & getting it done ✅
My workouts are anywhere between 30-60 mins depending on how busy I am that day! Usually I’m thinking about the meal I’m going to eat after 🥘 and my favourite body part to train is shoulders!
