Per dimostrarvelo sabato 28 ottobre dalle 17.00 alle 18.30 vi aspettiamo numerosi per l'evento "Mi piacciono i mostri", adatto ai bambini dai 6 ai 10 anni e condotto dal trio composto da Alessia Imperio - Luana Martino - Elisabetta Maurogiovanni.
Per l'occasione sarà inaugurato il format **Letture a tutto schermo** in cui la bellezza delle immagini dei libri letti farà entrare nella storia, in maniera ancora più coinvolgente, i protagonisti.
Tante letture e a seguire un laboratorio di immaginazione/costruzione creativa in cui ogni bambino darà vita al proprio amico mostruosamente mostruoso, ma così mostruoso.. da creare piccole grandi opere d'arte simpatiche e divertenti.

Drill ️⃣1 - Modified Monster Walks
As we have covered in the series, targeting the gluteal muscles, and specifically the glut medius and minimus is important to improve knee function with running!
The modified monster walk is going to do just that
🔺Use a theraband around your knees (easy), ankles (medium), or feet (hardest)
🔺Stand in a semi-squat position to load weight onto the hips
🔺Take small and slow shuffling steps back-and-to-the-side
🔺If you were to picture a clock with your gaze at 12-oclock, step back to the 10 (left) and 2 (right) positions - alternating as you go
🔺Repeat for 8 reps per side - 1x daily for 1 month if injured, or 3x/week for maintenance if performing great
🔘 Keep in mind that like any drill we give out, a Core Problem will your spine and nervous system could be contributing to the problem you are working to correct and undermining your “rehab”. .
2017-10-23🤸♀️Starting this week focusing on stretching/mobility by taking part in the flexychallenge. Flexibility and mobility mean more to me than aesthetics. Here, I'm not only stretching my hips but engaging/pushing through my shoulders and keeping my core supported. I have always had a decent degree of flexibility, but I've lived with chronic back pain for about 3 years. I see a chiropractor but it wasn't until I started working my back muscles with weights and dynamic body weight ROM exercises that I began to make small, but breakthrough improvements in my pain. Exercises from docjenfit and dr.steven_esquerpt have helped with my thoracic mobility and stability
