When these areas get tight it causes an imbalance in our muscles resulting in pain or injury keeping you off the mats. Grab a partner and do this stretch. So I do have a lot of good techniques during my rolls but make no mistake, these guys all kick my butt just as equally. Sooo I wonder would y'all rather see these sort of highlight videos of just me kicking butt, or would y'all like to start seeing more of a back and forth action?? Right now I just post all my best moments during rolls but would it be more interesting for me to have a full minute of actual rolling without all the cuts?
