Stephy & Serena ShoffStephy & Serena Shoff2017-10-19So today was the first time I’ve worked out since last Thursday 😂 I took a week off to enjoy some of my fall break and be lazy. So when I got off working a 12 hour shift at the hospital and went straight to the gym... I had no idea what to work out. So, I went for my 5 staple exercises for chest and shoulders, they’re slow, controlled, and focus on mobility. I also did some stretching and then was kicked out of the gym because it was closing early, ha 😅
FYI it’s okay to take time off from the gym. Life’s about balance. Listen to your body and do what is best for you.
