Not every training session goes as planned. Not every training session is fun and you for damn sure won’t want to show up to every session. But you’ll NEVER regret stepping up to the plate and grabbing some f**king iron!
Maddy aka maddyforberg aka Maddawg is a STrong example of tenacity. Full-time nursing student, clinics and life doesn’t slow this roll. Smashing out 215lbs x4x7 (belt less) and making sure her shins don’t look like “IT” tried to pull her down the storm drain. 🎈. Deadlift positioning felt super off but the weight moved pretty rapidly.

PeachesPeaches2017-10-23Had a great leg day at puregymoval yesterday with the girls theenubian & soundszandfitness 🤗 yesterday!
I would highly recommend the newly renovated pure gym to anyone. They've got everything from tyres, 5+ squat racks, 2 Olympic platforms and a sled pull 😍😍😍
Apart from getting trapped under a 100kg bar trying to drop set on glute bridges I'd say it was a successful session lol. You can still catch the majority of yesterday's workout in my insta story. Hope everyone's having a great start to the week ☺️ https://scontent.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e35/22639317_1947855915430853_183655606190604288_n.jpg2017-10-23
http://instatbt.com/Place/the-fit-one-four/1550667058569279The Fit One FourGood Morning! Starting off the week talking Deadlifts. The endless discussion you will hear in the gym or read online is about which stance is best, sumo or conventional. The answer...yes. This is all down to the individual athlete’s physiology. That said, you shouldn’t pick one and say, I am this or that. There is benefit in training with both forms. Each targets the legs, back and core differently, and working on form in one stance will inevitably aide you in recognizing things about your form in another. Whichever you choose, lift within yourself. Leave the really heavy weights to competitive powerlifters, but don’t avoid training with deadlifts as it is one of the best compound movements you can do. deadliftsdeadliftsumodeadliftconventionaldeadlifttrainingworkoutgymratgymlifegymtimegymfitfamfitnessfitnessaddictfitnessgoalsathletefit614fitliftingweightlifting
