I did a lot of the painting but he's been great with all the other diy bits - not my forte! On the inside he's set up my ballet Barre, trx and mirrors, so it's looking good inside and out. My clients notice something new every time they come in! 😊

Carry a bump, then a baby, then breastfeeding and always picking up a toddler, as well as the usual office/computer-based issues can all contribute to rounding of the shoulders and back pain. It's great to stretch out across the pecs, but also to strengthen the upper back muscles as our Head PT carolinebraggpt is showing Here. Swipe right!
Pull your arms slowly down from a Y position, making sure to engage your upper back in between your shoulder blades. And remember not to push your chest out while you are doing it - engage your tummy too! 💪💪💪💪💪💪

One of our daily sessions with carolinebraggpt always focuses more on stretching on our retreats, because your muscles (including the pelvic floor BTW, but that's a whole other post) need to relax fully in order to build up their optimum strength. And when the lawn at lajugie.co.uk is so big, you have to make the most of it!
