I finished my 3 Week Yoga Retreat program today! Ah, it was amazing! I'm overall more flexible, way stronger (butt, shoulders, wrists, thighs for sure), more in tune with my body/how it moves/what it is capable of, more appreciative for my how my body is and how it is uniquely mine, and more empowered in my mind and soul from being present and grounded each day.
Yoga is no joke guys. People poo-poo it off and say it does nothing for them--but that is because they haven't given it a try! It is life changing mentally, physically, intellectually, etc. .

In the wake of the current zombie apocalypse that will be returning to screens everywhere tonight, there is one oil that I literally cannot be without. I understand that I will be limited with what I can take with me. And this is the one.
