But for real though, a lot of us tend to skip breakfast which is ok, as long as u hit all your vitamins , micronutrients and macronutrients as well by the end of the day☝🏾️ the reason why people emphasize and stresss so much about breakfast being the most important meal of the day is because u can use that energy throughout your day and u are less likely in binging later on in the day because u are satiated and not hangry 🤗 -----
I always have a big breakfast because it's my favorite kind of food lol , I eat my breakfast sandwich that includes spinach, kale, avocado, egg whites, multi grain or whole wheat bread toasted along with my protein waffles that only uses 3 ingredients with nutsnmore on top🙏🏽!!! Educating and balancing what I put in my body are things I've been trying to do while in this improvement season, I usually eat very micronutrient and whole- densed foods during the day and at night I'll have one little treat snack like cereal or something like that, because of my bad sweet tooth and balance 😌☝🏾️

Empty kitchens can be just as bad as a kitchen filled with less nutritious food.
Even if you only want a snack but have an empty kitchen you’re have to go somewhere and buy a full meal which generally leads to eating more than needed.
Something else that happens to people is you wait until you’re ravenous to address your hunger and the kitchen is almost empty so you head to the store to grab a snack.
Once you’re in the store it’s a winter wonderland of hyper palatable, very calorie dense foods that really easy to overeat… and no one ever makes impulsive dietary decisions when they’re hangry and want something to curb their hunger instantly...right ?
This solution is one you’ll see pop up in a couple different forms during these tips because when will power is low and stress is high you tend to defualt to old habits, however we know when you want to lose body fat and get healthier you need to make a different decision.
To help with this you can make simple tweaks to the environments you spend time in to ensure your success.
Keep easy, no prep protein dense snacks on hand. This makes it easy to eat something that’s filling and nutritious without overeating.
This could be things like cottage cheese, greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, high quality deli meat or even some protein bars or a shake in a pinch.

It’s cold and rainy here in the pnw, which calls for a hearty, healthy soup! This Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is from the October issue of Cooking Light. I make it pretty much every week, using Costco Power Greens, Costco Brown Rice and Quinoa microwaveable pouches, and their rotisserie chicken.
