GinaGina2017-10-19After spending a couple of hours in PT this morning, I had a lunch and learn session at work and no time to work out. I was already making excuses in my head on how I wouldn't have time today because Victor had swim class.
I decided to keep my workout gear on, head to my sister's where Victor would take his class, and get my 30 minutes in while he was with his instructor! It's all about how you prioritize and take advantage of those little pockets of time!
