These were the last two working sets - 100kg x 5 (sumo) and 120kg x 3 (conventional). It was nice to be able to play around a bit today, try something new. I may even start using sumo lifts a little more often...

I squatted 115kg (255lbs) for 4x3 with the transformer bar (sets 3&4 shown). This is roughly 50% of the squat volume that I've been doing over the last 4 weeks. Subbed out barbell rows for seated rows to allow extra lower back recovery, and dropped all other accessory volume by 33-50%.
