Ladies; change happens at a different pace for everyone.
When I began to workout I used to discourage myself because I would compare my results to others. I would be upset about not being lean, about not gaining enough muscle, and so on. Then I realized that this was MY BODY, and that no matter how much I wanted to have someone else's this was the body I was given. I accepted that and I began to focus on myself, on my body type, what worked for me and what did not. I realized that all of the disappointment I felt when I looked at myself came from the comparisons I made with other women's bodies, and had I not compared myself I would've been pretty happy with every little bit of progress I made, because I would have been comparing the old me to the new me.
We all are unique, our genetics and other factors determine the pace at which our bodies can transform. HOWEVER I guarantee you that you will see changes, and that if you begin to focus on yourself you will LOVE THEM. Do not let social media and how some people appear discourage your from your own journey. I had to split half of the bag with him though cause I need to be *responsible* and not spend $20 on almonds. These might look like your average almond but they’re actually sprouted! 🌱 They are a little hollow in the inside and their flavor is super buttery 🤤 I could probably eat them all in one sitting but luckily I have these portion control containers to help me spread them through my week 🙈.
