The first is a Kayak Row which utilises shoulder extension (initial arced pull down) and lateral flexion of the spine ('side crunch' at bottom). -
The second is a unilateral pull down variation. Using shoulder adduction (concentric) and again, lateral flexion of the spine.
The addition of these techniques into your 'toolbox' of methodologies is yet another way to advance your training and bodily awareness. Believe me if you don't know what a thorough Lat Contraction feels like - you will. Peace ✌🏽

We dnt always look super sexy or glittery pole dancing queens on training.
reality sometimes we look stiff in certain moves til we train enough to gain more range of motion. And gain strength.
Take it very slow til we get the moves down. Then you see the sparkling heels and sexy pole moves.
