Melissa Lea, MS, NP-CMelissa Lea, MS, NP-C2017-10-23I have read everything she has written and each time she breaks me wide open. She expresses the weight of the world and how we can heal in a way no one else can, and my life is better for the work she shares with the world.
Thank you brenebrown for braving the wilderness and blazing a path for us all.
http://instatbt.com/Place/rexburg-idaho/218449550Rexburg, IdahoTrain your back!!!! Most people focus on bench/chest and arms to look big, but many times neglect back. The size and strength of your back are gonna carry over to just about every other lift. Want to squat a lot? Then your back better be able to support and hold that weight! Want a big bench? Shoot, having a big back is going to help out with that too. I've never really enjoyed hitting core/abs, but as long I hit back 2-3 times a week and brace my core, I get a solid ab workout. Consistently workout your back and you'll be amazed with the results. A back can make or break a physique.

What are the benefits of the lat pull down?
Not only does this exercise work several muscles in the upper body, it is great for building the lats.
The lats being the largest muscles in the back are extremely important for many reasons. Mainly strength and stability for posture and stabilizing many movements we do in strength training and in everyday life.
Any time you need to pick something or someone up off the ground for those of you who have toddlers, you will be using your lats among other things.
A strong back is a healthy back.
