I took a break from my normal workouts to stretch and punish my muscles with this foam roller. Between my desk job,commute & workouts I’ve been struggling with pain for weeks. .
Yesterday, I finally called a time out for some self care. I know my body would benefit from more stretching and getting back into my Yoga. I’m struggling to find time to work it into my day. Are you guys stretching daily? If so, when and how long? piriformisproblems .

Being focused on your self development should be a number 1 priority b/coz who else is going to do it for you?

Salt & Pepper
•fresh pumpkin seeds (1.5c - will use for both)
•2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
•1/2 tsp. sea salt
Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Seeds
•1 tbsp. brown sugar
•1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil •1/2 tsp. cinnamon
•pinch of salt
1️⃣Preheat oven to 300
2️⃣Place seeds into a bowl of warm water and let sit for 10min to allow guts and seeds to separate
3️⃣While they are soaking prep 2 bowls with oil and spices. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
4️⃣After seeds and guts have separated spoon out seeds. Place 1c. worth into salt and pepper mix and 1/2 c. into cinnamon and sugar mix. Toss until well coated.
5️⃣Place mixtures onto parchment paper and lay flat with no overlapping. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6️⃣Let cool before enjoying!
