Sohail has trained with me for 10 weeks on and off 3 times per week starting at 15 stone and 2lbs and finishing at 13 stone and 8lbs. Within this training programme Sully has had 2 gap weeks due to being busy at home with his own wedding coming up and family occasions. I kept training fun to avoid Sohail getting bored from training also I made a few changes to his diet he was eating and drinking regularly throughout the day.
You have to eat to lose weight! Stay consistent, be patient and the results will be shown!
