MOST BRUTAL legday finisher ever! 😳🔥💥 Spaghetti legs guaranteed!! notice how I change direction of my toes but I never let my heels leave the floor. In the first movement you want to bend your knees and push as a frog 🐸 does while jumping and the second one you want to have as straight legs (minimal knee bending) as possible. Quite possibly my favorite ab circuit I’ve been doing since I was in college doing gymnastics. 🙏🏼🙌🏽
1. Regular chest crunches
2. Weight above head crunches
3. Side crunches
4. Behind the head ( killer)
5. Rotation twists
I shoot for 15 reps first round then immediately with no breaks do 12 reps, 10 and finish with 15 reps.
Total of 4 sets! 👌🏽
You’ll feel like your abs are permanently flexed the next 3hrs 😂
