📎 Circuit training is great for speeding up a workout routine because you can 3-6 exercises back to back to you get.. go for as many rounds as you can and set a timer for 10-20 minutes (depending on number of exercises). .
👁 Supersets are different from circuit training because you jump from one exercise to another as oppose to 3-6. So with a super set you can do barbell bicep curls and then barbell chest presses with little to no rest. .
👮🏽♀️ Stay away from distractions and plan all your exercises! Listen to your favorite tunes but stay away Facebook and any other thing that take up your time. .
👨🏽🌾 Time your rest periods. We all take longer than we should. Time that ish.. .

When Pressing , keep the core very tight ! Drive up directly from your Elbows ! And when doing raises also focus on bringing the weights with the Elbows! It’s the key in Shoulder training!

You’re sweaty... out of breath... fatigued... tired... body, and muscles hurt and burn. Then you get that moment of clarity in the brain and in your soul when serotonin is stimulated, and your endorphins are pumping and raging. Then you remember why, because it feels fucking AMAZING! We have been given an unbelievable gift and machine with our bodies! A blessing unlike any other that is meant to be used. We were made to move. There is nothing on this planet more amazing than the human body and how it can perform when pushed to its limits. I just don’t get how people squander their gift?! I couldn’t imagine not using my machine to its full potential. There are many people out their with health issues and physical limitations that would love to experience all the potential their bodies could have. If you are blessed with a healthy and able body, FUCKING USE IT! Don’t squander the greatest gift you could have ever been given! I am still feeling a little depleted, so I didn't have big ambitions today. I was scheduled to hit 375x6 on the wide stance squat. I hit a daring warmup rep at 365 that flew. So, I decided to throw caution to the wind and go for 385. After the set, which went well but was a little taste of hell, I realized I had accidentally squatted 405x6. So, probably an accidental PR.
these wide stance squats, man. They are my best friend right now. My estimated 1RM on these is way higher than my comp squat right now.
Considering my depth, and the weight I'm slinging, I'm considering making these my new comp squat. They shouldn't feel good...but they do. It's an ongoing lesson that the best way to find your optimal squat stance is to experiment. There is no textbook "perfect " that will suit everyone.
