432224930843222493082018-04-25Overthinking is the number one cause of unhappiness. 😞 It takes us away from the present moment and makes us focus on things that are not productive for us. The more we think about the future the more anxiety we will get.
I am guilty about this with flying. I get anxiety thinking about being trapped in an airplane even though I might not be trapped my brain goes straight to thinking ..... oh my gosh fight or flight I’m in an airplane. 😩😫 This causes severe anxiety ... however with my career I have to fly there is no alternative.

600482436860048243682018-04-25Update: Haven’t posted in ages because I’ve been feeling awful. Physically and mentally. After getting sick again I lost any and all weight gaining progress that I had made which lead me to feel completely defeated and fearful of my health and well-being.
Luckily, after going to the doctors my blood work came back fine and so far it looks like it’s just been stress that deteriorated my health.
So I’m investing time in myself and concentrating on low intensity exercise, like yoga, while I regain some of my strength.
