"I started this journey because I was tired of feeling tired. I was tired of being described as the "chunky one". I was tired of being afraid of doing active events with my friends. So I decided to make a change and little by little I started seeing results. I started feeling better, more energized, and happier.
I started sharing my journey to help others and assure them that there is hope.Natural weight-loss is hard but not impossible. I train for results. Yes I could have dropped more weight by now, but this is life style not a race. So I give my body time to adjust, make modifications as needed and I train for strength not a number on the scale. A number on the scale won't make love your body or even love you. Don't let the scale define you. Let you define you. Body positivity is appreciating you for what you are, how far you've come and how beautiful you feel."

"I was always athletic, but after high school I went to college and found myself getting caught up in the partying and unhealthy choices. Within a few years I had gained over 300lbs! I knew something had to change, after trying out for weight loss shows over and over, and even being flown to LA for one, I decided enough was enough.. no TV show was going to change my life. I ultimately wasn't chosen for the show and set out on my own journey. I totally changed the way I looked at food.I started tracking everything I put in my body. I also paired that with hard work. I was hitting the gym 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. After a year I had lost 233lbs! I continued on my journey and by my two year mark I had lost 300lbs! I finally had my life back! Now, I am still working on myself, trying to better myself each day! Every day is a struggle but I love the challenge and will never go back to where I once was!"
https://instatbt.com/Place/pbt-fitness/1020814748PBT FitnessSo, after a great day yesterday. A nice relaxing morning. Still keeping the daily habits up. Meditation and journaling done. In anything, consistency is key. As usual this is my accountability post. Getting things done, even when you don’t feel like it. And I wasn’t feeling it today. But feel better for doing it. And a great afternoon with friends lined up thanks to lovely message out of the blue last night. One thing I’m learning on this journey is to be thankful for the small things. They all mount up. Any action, however small it seems to you, can make a huge difference to someone else. That’s my wisdom of the day guys 😊 have a great Sunday. pbtfitnessconsistencyiskeyjustgetitdonemindsetgratefulfriends

Decendant Of KonohaDecendant Of Konoha2017-11-19Today is the 7th Day of being a Vegan eating man.
To be fair I’ve looked at probably 20 recipes this week. Things that I would like to eat and googled to see if they exist, and they do. That’s definitely helped me have assurance there is hope.
The other thing I noticed is the carb intake. You have to monitor that as it can catch you off guard if not careful. Two nights in a row I had fajitas filled with guacamole, plantain, falafel and olives. Interesting taste in the mouth but very filling. Note to self not to much carbs on one plate.
The other thing is going out to eat hahaha. I went out three times this week to eat. 1. thejazzcafe with times2 which was cool, pumpkin soup, croutons and sweet potato fries. Then the greedycows which yeah I know had me salivating at the burgers with chloe.redmond. However I got a vegan bean burger. Never had before but tasted really good. Then went out to eat at an Asian restaurant and had okra and mango and Dahl on the side. Jheese filled me to the brim.
I guess as I go through the day to days there are challenges but rewards if you look hard enough. It’s a fun journey and I’ve not tripped up at any point.
