https://instatbt.com/Place/crunch/1027552679 CRUNCH Ever since I can remember, I always wanted to be a professional bodybuilder.🏋️♂️ But I had always struggled with being overweight since puberty and use to use that as an excuse limiting my potential.🤷♂️ I remember always remember being so negative and thinking, "I'll never see my abs", "I cant be one of those muscular guys that everyone looks up to and comes to for fitness advice", "Its impossible to look like the guys in the magazines"🙄 So what changed?🤔 My Mindset🧠

The day I stopped using my size as an excuse to be out of shape and unhealthy, was the day I started seeing results.🎯The strongest Factor for success is self esteem and confidence💪 🔑Believing you can do it. 🔑Believing you deserve it.
🔑Believing you can achieve it.
🔑Believing in yourself and so you will be unstoppable.
Discipline is choosing between the temptation of what you want today or waiting for what you really want tomorrow.🔥 You can't cheat the grind because It wont give you anything you have not worked for💯💯💯 Difficulties in your life don't come to destroy you.🔨 But have come to help you realize your hidden potential. It all starts and ends in the mind and in life, If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.💡 Now I get to work from wherever I want, whenever I want and get paid to take gym selfies🏆💸🙏 Talk about living life on my terms💣💥 Do something that you are passionate about and provides you with the freedom of your own schedule to work on your own goals, not someone else's🙌
https://instatbt.com/Place/tampa-florida/213124046 Tampa, Florida This week has been tough for me. I've been mentally and physical exhausted. I had to leave the gym early on Tuesday day and did not come back until Friday. So technically I took 3 rest days this week and it set my training back. Knowing I had to make it up, I did a two-a-day (which I rarely do anymore) and it felt great! I got up early on a Saturday to knock out my supplemental squat session and that totally set the mood for my day. I now truly believed that your day is set by the tone you set for yourself in the morning. I woke up feeling super motivated and knew what my tasks were for the day. My second session of the day was bench and upper body and I got that all done 1 min before the gym closed! Now I'm almost caught up with my program 🙏🏼 it's a beautiful thing when you can get yourself into the right mindset and get back on track!

Dean Simon Dean Simon 2017-12-16 Haven't worked out since Halloween (been focusing on classwork) weighed in at 175, had work at 3:30am and didn't eat. First time being in the gym and 405 for reps on hex bar deadlift felt super light, so I might as well try 495 right? (I would've put two 2.5's on to make it 500 but there wasn't room on the bar) weightlifting crunchfitness
