I started Thriving 2 years ago and was very unsure about it. I'm a Gym owner and Personal Trainer and viewed myself as healthy and was not sure what if anything Thrive could help me with. At the time, I was working about 70 to 80 hours a week and still had a life to live outside of work. I just didn't know how tired I really was.
I was so exhausted some days when I came home from work that I felt I just didn't have to time prep decent meals for myself nor could I find the time to get caught up on the work I had to do around the house. I wasn't getting enough restful sleep and didn't feel great most days of the week. Stress was at an all-time high.
Then a friend of mine introduced me to Thrive. I did not have a life-changing experience with Thrive right away. Mine was quite the opposite really. I knew Thrive was a high-quality supplement and there was no negative effect that it could possibly have on me. So I continued to take it. After about 5 weeks was when I really noticed the positive effects it was having on how I felt day to day.
I stopped drinking coffee, I started sleeping soundly again, I had more energy and mood was more even throughout the day. I found time and energy to prep healthy meals, and get more work done around the house. I was able to think more clearly and was performing better at work. I had more energy for my workouts and found it easier to find time to get my workouts in. All these awesome things were going on and I didn't even really notice until I was several weeks into my Thrive Experience.
My journey has been a slow accumulative effect so to speak. The longer I use Thrive, the more positive effects I see on my health and wellness. I'm now working just as many hours a week as I was before I started my Thrive Journey but no longer feel run down and tired. I'm happy and motivated to wake up every day and see what else I can accomplish.

https://instatbt.com/Place/the-strength-fortress/1875417796003807The Strength FortressAwesome day at the End of Year Challenge! 🙌 Lifted with some insanely strong people and met some of the amazing teamcdf girls! 🏋🏻♀️ Thanks to everyone who came along to cheer everyone on and to The Strength Fortress for holding such an amazing event 👏🏼 After a tiring and busy lead up to comp with a few hiccups along the way (looking at you, right foot) I’m pretty happy with the results ☺️ Squat top 115kg (5kg PB), bench 57.5kg (equal PB) and deadlift 132.5kg (equal PB). Missed my 140kg attempt as I didn’t lock out enough at the top 🤦🏻♀️ Pretty happy with my results given I only competed on a mere 6 weeks ago! Cannot wait to compete again next year! But for now, it’s time to rest up and pop on some strength and size in the new year 😈 Finally, a big shoutout to chrissydaskfitness for coaching all 5 of us girls who lifted, as well as competing yourself! What a legend 🙌
