It’s not stressed enough how essential it is. Anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes a day really should be done. Benefits range from more flexibility and more joint motion, better circulation, and stress relief. •Dynamically should be done before the workout and static afterwards. Self-myofascial release (foam rolling) can and should be done before and after. •dynamic movements should be 3 sets 10-15 reps.
•static stretches should be held 30 seconds to 1 minute.
•Foam tolling, fins the tender spot(the right spot; know) in the muscle and hold pressure there for 30 seconds.✌🏼❤️👌🏻

Caits_fitnessCaits_fitness2018-02-25Real talk : I struggle with the weekends . I’m a person who thrives 100% on structure , routine and schedules . When I have a day or two where I am not having to rush to class , practice , work & being busy etc I tend to fall off the wagon . I get in my head , I think too much , sometimes tend to restrict my intake leading to over eating or a sleepless night and feeling like crap the next time . It’s something im currently working on . Being okay with relaxing and having days off . Knowing it’s okay to chill and take it slow .land continue to fuel my body . Ways in my working on this is not being so alone and talking with family being around friends . Going somewhere to study and make sure I’m fueling properly each day . So yeah just being real with what’s going on lately . 🙂 body image isn’t the best today either feeling like I’ve gained some weight but I know my weight doesn’t define me and I am still working on that as well!! Also needing to stop the comparison game , cause I am me and no one else . And that’s pretty great and even if im not as small as I was a year ago who cares that doesn’t matter !!
