I also use bands for warming up or a finishing burn. I love the intensity of my heart rate fluctuating so much throughout my training & it add some cardio without a treadmill 🙏🏼 Today I used my new white_lion_athletics bands & boy did I love the extra strong resistance. I have some staple banded exercises but add different ones every workout. Variety is 🔑 Here’s some I tried today! You can also use bands for extra resistance while using abductor machine, for elevated Bulgarian squats, elevated hip thrusts, crab walk, the possibilities are endless! P.S. I don’t know what seated fire hydrants are 🙈 haha I couldn’t think of what to name them... Today was definitely harder than it should have been. I think I warmed up too much on top of being stiff as shit after just waking up. My best squat days are after being up and moving for just a few hours before getting it done.

Alternating high volume, high rep leg days and low volume, low rep leg days i have found personally really helped my legs develop as it never gives them time to adapt to a certain style of training and keeps you fresh when going back to a heavy leg day.
