Louie GlinzakLouie Glinzak2018-02-24185lbs is not an impressive weight but for me it is a meaningful weight. I spent almost two years banging my head against the wall with technique and trying to hit this weight. While this is well under my PR, it feels great to have no problem hitting this at the end of a 20 minutes EMOM plus with a pause at the knees. Hard work and consistency pay off. weightliftingolympicliftingcrossfitfitnessgaragegymdesertlifetrainwithjfhttps://scontent.cdninstagram.com/5A953824/t51.2885-15/e15/27891717_442192599565305_1467623379111510016_n.jpg2018-02-24

https://instatbt.com/Place/equinox-columbus-circle/791884627Equinox Columbus CircleSo many people ask me "what's the key to staying motivated and continue to workout?" -
The answer to that question is very different for everyone and just to share my experience...well key to me is having something to not only destress but to have an improvement in overall health and strength! Also challenging the body can be very interesting and help in staying motivated. That can be done in many ways!
Some Ex. Could be outside adventures, Doing Classes and also changing up your routine! I've had an interest Olympic lifting and em definitely taking a day or two and throwing that in routine! I want to be able to pick real heavy S**t and ya know put it back down and a more challenging way!

Wasn’t our best performance but we gave it all and couldn’t be more proud to coach Kenzo throughout his prep. Finished 5th overall. This is the year of Kenzo 🙌🏽

https://instatbt.com/Place/kc-weightlifting/1034849442KC WeightliftingIt’s nice to see that even at a steady 78kg, I still have some muscle definition (especially in my legs— where I gain a lot of my body fat). This was exciting to see.
