I focus on DIRECTION, because when I was down and out, I needed to figure out which way was up.

I started as a hurting wife and mother of 3... Stay-at-home mom. I turned into a working mom. I then came to be a full time entrepreneur and CEO to my own company.
Now, I am a full time, at-home mom and a full time business owner and ministry opperator.
God has brought me from a mighty long way. I have overcome child sexual abuse, mental/verbal/emotional abuse, divorce, and more... But I am here. I am blessedd. I am well. I am still moving forward. And I just want to encourage you to Stalk Your Destiny.

I get asked quite often how I exercise?
And what I eat?
Well physically I move my body the way it wants to move that day. Everyday a little yoga or alot of yoga, maybe barre, maybe a dancing with my 20lb cat, maybe handstand prep or maybe core. Mixing up my workout keeps me motivated and focused. Variety is the spice of life!
Mentally I exercise with a little meditation everyday which usually puts me on the right path for the day.
And eating habits... mostly clean healthy foods that grow from the ground. Yes I eat meat and yes I really love bread!
Eating habits have always been a tough one for me, struggling with body image issues, but when it comes down to it...if I want a 'junk day' as I call it ...I take one.
