547225868854722586882018-10-20Not sure if I should be happy or sad about this, but left is Sept 21 and right is Oct 20 (today). Exactly the same weight but I seem to have lost my curves 🤣. This is what lifting weights does lol Muscle is a dense tissue so it takes up less room than fat.
149069139514906913952018-10-19Heres a little motivation on this lovely day! I woke up feeling good today mostly bc today marks the second month of life outside the womb for my baby girl❤️ And here is my 2 month postpartum😍 Since I gave birth I had a goal in my mind to get back to what I loved doing❤️ 3 weeks ago I got the “GO” and here I am 3 weeks in working out and I am making amazing progress! Im maintaining weight and making gains💪🏻 My muscle definition is starting to come back! I mean look at my quads! They are peeping back up and its only going to grow from here on out💪🏻 Stomach has def shrunk but still fluffy because umm took 9 months of stretching so its obviously going to take longer than any other part of my body! But for 2 months I think my pooch is looking great🤪 Huge shoutout to my husband because if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be so far in! He has supported me since Day 1 and here he still is helping me with our baby girl even when he’s tired❤️ So thankful for having him by my side😍 I am blessed to have all this support this second time around!

It will not be easy. Do not expect fast results. In order to change you must accept and trust the process. If you fail try again but do not quit.
Many have asked what am I doing? I will tell you my secret. Its diet and exercise only. Most important part is being consistent. For further information you may contact ray_ifbbpro_rn

Cables are underrated. Largely because you need to know a few things to use them to their full advantage. Where you position yourself is crucial with cables.
Whenever your arm is perpendicular (in a 90 degree angle in relation to the cable), the greatest amount of force is demanded to move the stack.
You can therefore create resistance profiles that match YOUR strength curve. Machines may achieve that as well, but they have to be designed by people that know how to train. That is rarely the case.
With this setup, my arm is perpendicular to the cable in the stretch position. As I push my biceps into my pecs, the force necessary to move the weight becomes significantly less where I’m weakest.
Heavy where I’m strong, lighter where I’m weak - money. Know how to position yourself and go to town. https://scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com/vp/c0ff07e855c0fd66609750626206453a/5BCEEBDC/t51.2885-15/e15/43778754_332765730819724_8264535452814557088_n.jpg2018-10-17
