This woman is a mother, and a person who was worried to step back into the gym for what people might think, and not wanting to look stupid. .
Her background is in powerlifting and CrossFit. And by weight training just 3 times per week with 2 low intensity cardio workouts dropped 1.8%bf in 1 week and 3lbs of body weight! recompositionhttps://scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com/vp/50570f1dc6c39b28563a3814cfaafdd8/5AE1691A/t51.2885-15/e15/30592419_213991869366878_7615264138666704896_n.jpg2018-04-23

498162757149816275712018-04-22Another Monday - hasn't someone made that magic pill yet? 🤔💊
The answer is still NO 😖 why
Thankfully eating better and training harder come hand in hand. And your body can't cope with just one without the other! Start with one - be it a small change! It can be;
↔Changing your office biscuits to a piece of fruit
↔Adding weights to your treadmill walk/run
↔Having breakfast every weekday morning
↔holding your exercises for 2secs at the hardest part or pulsing them burn
Stop taking the easy road and work for the body you want and want to keep from today onwards💪 justdoithttps://scontent-amt2-1.cdninstagram.com/vp/5f9b7ab339425f201ac19b40accf7ac0/5B592F4E/t51.2885-15/e35/30592520_168349520548079_1735554021835407360_n.jpg2018-04-22
366687858736668785872018-04-22Tuplatoistot hackissa, eli tässä tapauksessa viisi tiukkaa suoraa toistoa, jonka jälkeen pitkänpuoleisilla restpause-tauoilla sama määrä toistoja kasaan, eli yhteensä kymmenen. Tavoitteena hyvä hyötysuhde toistovoluumin sisällä, sillä näin saadaan pidettyä jokainen toisto verraten haastavana vs. Suora kympin sarja—————————————- Double reps in hack squat: five reps, and then rest pausing until reraching ten total to keep effort levels high on each rep compared to a straight set of ten
304691621930469162192018-04-22There are almost 12 months and 15kgs (33lbs) difference between these 2 pics.
First pic was taken 2 years ago, the other an year after that. Funny enough it took a lot of dedicated effort to gain all that fat in the first place.
I'm naturally skinny, and it took several months of eating myself sick every single day. Day after day, after day... That was the only time in my life I've been overweight... something I thought impossible.
The next few months weren't easier. Several long months of dieting, staying just below my target macros. I've never before had to deal with hunger in my life. The emotional stress was even worse.
Both periods thought me a valuable lesson: consistency and dedication always pay off.
You may not end up looking like a fitness model, but you can become a better version of yourself.
It's not about the end goal, it's about how much you can achieve with what you go.
227022033822702203382018-04-21staturday update on my prep progress for this season. This is what 5 weeks of straight recomposition looks like on me 🤣🤣 So to break it down: 5 weeks between the two pics. Same weight, but over 3% cut in body fat!!! I slowly started adjusting my macros down for this cut, but keep making gainz💪🏼lol. The number on the scale can be frustrating, but I haven’t let it thump me because I know what’s happening physiologically!! My lean body mass in the picture on the left (at peak offseason) was 112 lbs, on the right 5 weeks later is 117 lbs!!! So I’ve basically lost 1 lb of fat per week while gaining 1 lb of muscle to maintain the same weight 134 lbs... aka recomposition . If I were able to keep the same lean mass I have now, continue to lean out and step on stage at the same percent body fat as I was for my last show in November, I will be 10 lbs heavier on stage!! That absolutely blows my mind because I’m only like 5 ft tall lol!! I’m sure some muscle will burn off too, that’s just what happens when you cut for a show, but I’m sure this season is gona look a lot different than last yr and I’m excited 😆 to see it!! Supps onboard right now are dymatize protein from osnatx to make my icecream and pancakes everyday, and a thermo from hardcoreformulations_ been using just beet root for preworkout/pump lately and creatine (when I remember) in my iced black coffee that I drink while training. Other than that I eat all my nutrients because ilovefood 😍🤤🤤🤤haha
