How disgusting I am. •I want to stop having the appointments with my mental- health counselor from school , she literally just keeps rushing me and I don't even trust her. I don't trust anyone from school. •Ate nothing today, which is quite good. Hope people can stop telling me I have to eat, cos I really don't. Btw I feel quite ill since last week and kind of getting worse from yesterday, probably because I have got enough sleep since Friday. Fainted once in the morning. • I need to find some way to finish myself but I don't know how. Googled it but couldn't find any.

Sometimes you have the opportunity to develop new friendships, professional or otherwise, and sometimes you get to help build up the friends that you have around you.
For me personal training has been more than simply building a better version of yourself physically it is also about building connections and friendships. Personal training is deeper then just a superficial means that most people think that it is it is the ability to overcome obstacles to break down the barriers in your own mind in to build yourself as a whole.
