This is one of my go to treats if I have a sugar craving! I have a huge sweet tooth so finding foods that kill my cravings but taste delicious is basically what I spend my weekends doing 😂
Recipe below for you 🍓🥝
- 100g of frozen berries - 100g O% fat Greek yogurt - 35g of Hydra 6 vanilla protein powder - Almond milk - Toppings; Kiwi, blackberries and chai seeds 😋😋😋

Fruity Coconut Mason Jar
1. Place your fruit/s of choice at the base of a mason jar.
2. Layer your fave smoothie on top. Mine is made with simple frozen bananas, strawberries and coconut milk.
3. Top with natural coconut yoghurt.
