It was nothing but a peanut, definitely 5 more reps left in the tank. Today I decided to pull SUMO, I've never given myself a chance to try a real sumo deadlift workout. I've always been pulling conventional. Today I decided to sumo pull the same weight I had to pull with the conventional, and GUESS WHAT?! I performed way better than I expected to! And it felt way easier on my lower back! My legs have always been very strong, so with sumo deadlift I can take more advantage of my strong legs since sumo uses more legs than lower back.
