BrucesReviewsBrucesReviews2017-11-18JUNGLE: Daniel Radcliff is a fine actor but will probably never shed his Harry Potter shadow and probably doesn't care as he had 40mill in the bank at 18 . Nonetheless he gives it a mighty fine shot in this aussie backed true story of a young Israeli in trouble in Bolivia. Yossie ( insert Jewish last name here ) joins up with a couple of other like minded thrill seekers encouraged by an extremely dodgy guide to trek into the jungle and find a long lost tribe. What could possibly go wrong? Everything as it turns out. This has touches of Deliverence and Wolf Creek add a bit of Monkey munching in and you have an entertaining adventure flick albeit it's a touch long winded in the last half hour. 3 schooners. Definitely not an advertisement for Jenny Craig.
